What a fabulous recipe! The Soy and Cola-Braised Pork Shoulder from Cooking Light was excellent! It reminded me of a good Moo Shu Pork. I didn’t read the recipe all the way apparently when I was making my grocery list so I didn’t have any buns to put them on but we used tortillas and ate them like an Asian taco. We topped ours with carrots and green onions.
My only change was that my roast was only a little over 3 lbs and came in at around $8. We really liked this and I would totally make it again! 5 out of 5 stars!
