I recently made Cooking Light’s Chili Cheese Mac. What a simple, yummy recipe! We all really liked it and have been eating the leftovers as well. We made a few changes:
-I used ground turkey instead of beef
-we left out the cumin, neither Jeremy nor I like it very much and Jeremy thinks it gives him heartburrn – there was still plenty of flavor
-I used mozzarella instead of cheddar – only because that’s what I had in the fridge.
This was one of their ‘kid-friendly’ recipes and I think that it would be. Capri certainly loved it. So yummy! 4 out of 5 stars.
