I am still cooking although I haven’t tried a lot of new recipes lately. However, Jeremy has been really into us trying to figure out how to make some good mac ‘n cheese from scratch. I found this recipe on Pinterest. I made it on Sunday night. I really liked it although I think it turned out a little rich. I made mine with half mozzarella and half cheddar and used 1% milk. I’m definitely going to try it again because I really liked it. The key is cooking the macaroni in the milk! The only negative is that you really do have to stand by the stove and stir the noodles pretty consistently for 15-20 minutes but I thought it was worth it! This could become my go to macaroni recipe!
