I made Cooking Light’s Asian-Glazed Chicken Thighs last night. This was a super simple recipe but it does require a little bit of forethought since you have to marinate it an hour before you cook it. This was very tasty, however it made my house super smokey while I was cooking it! We had ours with peas and garlic bread but it would go great with rice and any veggie.
