Healthy Chicken Fingers with Mustard Dipping Sauce

I made these Chicken Fingers after church on Sunday. They were super simple and they were pretty healthy – whole wheat bread crumbs, wheat germ, & nuts in the breading and then they are baked instead of fried! I think one change that could be made to make them even better is to substitute Greek yogurt for the mayonnaise, other than that – super and we loved the dipping sauce!
