What a lovely spring dish this Pineapple-Glazed Chicken with Jalapeño Salsa was! I made this on Tuesday and thought it was quite tasty. I loved the salsa and kept putting more on my plate to eat with my chicken and rice! I used canned pineapple instead of fresh and I think it was fine. I used the canned jalapenos like the recipe said, but I think next time I would use fresh jalapenos. I enjoyed this quite a bit – I think it’s a keeper!
