I think my Taste of Home Cookbook should just be my go to book for quick bread because they always turn out so good! I love poppy seeds and cranberries…and glaze so I was pretty happy with this recipe. It’s so easy too! You just mix everything together and put it into a loaf pan. It’s like making muffins only you don’t have to put the batter into individual cups! The only time consuming issue is that it takes almost an hour to cook, but it’s worth it.
