Profiteroles

I found this recipe on Gourmet.com I have only made the cream puff part of it, but I am planning on making the whole thing sometime in the future! The cream puffs turned out great – used the filling that is in the Blackberry Pastry Cups recipe (see below) and mixed it with fresh strawberries that I had put in my blender! They were great!
