Mustard Crusted Chicken with Vodka Cream Sauce

I tried the Mustard Crusted Chicken with Vodka Cream Sauce from my Whole Foods class that I talked about in my last post. It was awesome, although not as good as when we ate it in the class so I think I will need to perfect my technique a little bit, but it’s definitely worth trying and it’s really not that hard. I roasted asparagus, potatoes, and red bell pepper. Considering it was my first time at trying to roast any of those, I think it went ok, but is definitely something I want to do better the next time!
