Last night we had a birthday party for Jeremy, here are some of the new recipes that I tried.
Mushroom Bacon Triangles from Pepperidge Farm’s Puff Pastry
These were very yummy and pretty simple to make!
1+ boxes frozen mini pastry shells (boxes vary depending on how many you want to make)
2 (3 oz) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
In a large mixing bowl with a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar. In a separate mixing bowl with the hand mixer, beat the heavy cream with the sugar until it forms soft peaks. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Put mixture into a zip lock bag and cut a small hole in one of the corner tips. Squeeze mixture into pastry shells. Top each with a blackberry (or any berry you want).
