For Christmas my mom gave me the Taste of Home cookbook. My mom used to get this magazine and the recipes were always so great. It’s a really well put together cookbook and I’m looking forward to making more things from it! The first thing I tried were these Chocolate-Covered Cheesecake Squares. I had never even made a cheesecake before, but this recipe was so simple and they turned out really great! We ate these on New Year’s Eve (and today at our staff meeting – I put them in the freezer).
