Chicken Tostadas

I made these chicken tostadas on Monday night. They are awesome! Jeremy said that it was one of his favorite meals that I’ve made! They really were great and not that difficult to make. I got this recipe from this month’s issue of Gourmet Magazine. You have to try it! Gourmet.com actually has a much better picture (believe it or not!). Here is the recipe: Chicken Tostadas
